📋Broker vs. Carrier

MAB PK Management Corp is a licensed property broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange transportation between you and a licensed carrier — the carrier physically transports your vehicle. You have the right to receive the carrier's name, MC number, and insurance certificate before pickup.

🛡️Cargo Insurance

All carriers must maintain active FMCSA-mandated cargo insurance, verified before dispatch. For high-value vehicles, supplemental gap protection may be available — ask our team before booking.

📄Bill of Lading

The Bill of Lading (BOL) is your legal shipping contract. At pickup, you and the driver document the vehicle's condition jointly. At delivery, compare against the original BOL. Note any new damage before the driver departs.

💳Payment & Fees

We do not require any deposit before a carrier is confirmed. Our broker fee is included in your all-in quoted price. Carrier payment is typically collected at delivery. Avoid brokers demanding large upfront deposits.

📜Your Shipper Rights

You have the right to written confirmation, carrier credentials, vehicle inspection at pickup and delivery, and filing a cargo claim for transit damage. Claims must be filed with the carrier within 9 months per 49 U.S.C. § 14706.

We arrange transport across the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. All transport is subject to carrier availability on your route and dates.
